8:00 AM      Registration begins at the hotel facility, as well as coffee

9:00 AM       Written Test

9:15 AM    First round matches posted.  Preliminary stuff - orientation

9:30 AM - Noon      Round 1

Noon - 1:30 PM     Lunch

1:15 PM - 1:30 PM     Players judge painting

1:30 PM - 4:00 PM      Round 2

4:15 PM - 6:45 PM     Round 3

8:00 PM - 11:00 PM     Chariot Race and open gaming

8:00 AM      Coffee
